The University of Oxford is one of the cities most important institutions and indeed is one of the most famous centres of learning in the world. It is the oldest University in the English-speaking world and has 38 independent colleges as well as 6 permenant private halls. All students and most academic staff members are associated with a college.

Oxford Brookes was originally known as the Oxford School of Art and which has been a centre of learning since 1865. The institution is the eighth largest employer in Oxfordshire providing in the region of 2500 jobs. Oxford Brookes University was responsible for pioneering the use of the modular degree course and is now renowned for architecture, art, economics, computer science, automotive engineering, history, modern languages and publishing.

The demand for student accommodation to service the needs of the academic visitor to Oxford each year is increasing every year with constant demand for good quality properties to meet the needs of:

We provide both serviced and non-serviced rental properties for the student market. Our serviced properties and some of our non-serviced properties are rented inclusive of utilities giving visitors the freedom to enjoy their stay without worrying about utility bills and other hidden costs. Landlords also do not have the worry of unpaid bills and transferring names on accounts on a regular basis.

With weekly linen and towel changes and cleaning services available for our serviced lets meaning tenants can free themselves from some chores that could otherwise disrupt their studies. Landlord's benefit from the property being checked weekly keeping them secure in the knowledge that their investment is being cared for.

We also provide more traditional student lets exclusive of any servicing or utilities if required which can be more popular with longer term academic visitors. However as our properties are all fully furnished and fully equipped we are able to achieve a premium rental rate for the properties over traditional student properties with other high street agents.
